WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

​You will be performing 3 LIFESTYLE workout videos per week (or as many as YOU can!).

Below you will see the 3 NEW workout videos that have just been released THIS week. These videos are designed to help your fitness and health levels improve tremendously week after week.

 

Every one of these videos are designed to target different muscle groups and tone up your entire body. They will leave you dripping sweat and your muscles sore all over once you’re through with them! Do your best to never miss a workout. I recommend stretching throughout every day of the program (remember it is very normal to feel extremely sore during your first few weeks of doing the program!).

 

The LIFESTYLE Meal Plan is a total layout of 14 days. You will be repeating the 14 days of the meal plan (to the best of your ability) as many times as you like in order to create yourself a solid, sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

 

If you follow the LIFESTYLE Meal Plan as well as the LIFESTYLE Workout Calendar (and work your absolute hardest in every one of the workout videos!), prepare to see your body, strength level, mind and HEALTH change drastically…
